NxGen Capacity Activation Night
An evening designed to activate, mentor, coach, and empower city-wide youth, young adults, and emerging leaders.
Cos NxGenCAN is an immersive capacity-building experience focused on growth, purpose, leadership development, and practical empowerment. Participants will engage in mentorship, inspiration, and activation sessions that prepare them to make meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.
