Pastor Eunice Meque Bako

By the grace of God, a product of Grace, of the Word, of child Evangelism (CEM),Girls Brigade (GB),HEKAN, COCIN, Kagbu- Samban girl, GOSA,ABU, UJ, PMMI(Oasis), RCCG(Victory Assembly Sheffield), Sheffield Uni, Sheffield Hallam University has become a voice.
In the vibrant city of Wusasa, Zaria, nestled in the heart of Kaduna State, Nigeria, a beacon of light was born.
Pastor Eunice Meque Bako is an extraordinary individual fueled by unyielding passion, the boundless faith, and love for people. This has become a true force of inspiration and transformation.
She presides over Beyond Achievers, a Global movement, established in 2006, which embodies a powerful catchphrase: “Woman, Preserve These Things. “…Preserving kingdom heritage from one generation to another; being appointed by God as a warrior preserving the next generation. She believes strongly in passing batons, focusing on the bridge, the influencers, and kingdom masterminds. Through this Legacy mandate, and with the Holy Spirit’s download of the ‘kingdom Spiritual intelligence’ (KSI); her God given key strategies for influence, she has positively impacted the lives of multitudes globally.
Aside being appointed by God as a warrior preserving the next generation, fervent prophetic intercessor, gifted singer, song writer, lead worshiper Pastor Eunice exudes a prophetic edge in her ministry with an Apostolic mandate with which she continues to seek to empower individuals to become Beyond Achievers Leaders & Mentors (BALM), through the 9pm prayers mount (daily), monthly BALM workshop, and Beyond Achievers annual conferences since 2005. Beyond the pulpit her dedication to loving people to life, her dislike for injustice, and love for social justice have become a corner stone of her ministry, as she quietly fights the cause of the less privileged through the ‘Life Anchor projects’ (LAnPro) and also the next generation together with those who have direct oversight on them. Thus, in 2024, she was one of the nominees who was presented with a wise women award by wisdom for women international.
She holds a Doctor of Theology (Hons), MBA; Master in Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University, BMedSci nursing studies (mental health) Sheffield University, Diploma in Law uni Jos, advanced diploma in Ministry; Christ the Redeemers college UK, and a Masters in Strategic Management and Leadership. She is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), a better health consultant, a 25 years Qualified health professional with experience of working within Mental health and geriatric care nursing both within the 3 NHS trusts and Yorkshire communities. For her love for diversity, she is a past Jabulani restaurant owner situated on the London road, Sheffield, and past professional dancer, and also a health consultant, a coach and mentor, especially in the area of marriage, diet, nutrition, health and wellness.
Ordained full Pastor within RCCG, where she has co-pastored dynamic churches in Nigeria, Germany, and the United Kingdom for over 30 years, she has also alongside her husband, planted and raised pastoral leaders for over 15 standing churches across Nigeria, Germany, and United Kingdom and has directly co-pastored 8 churches alongside her husband, Pastor Musa Bako.
She is the executive pastor and co-founder of RCCG Victory Assembly, Sheffield, UK, now 25 years.
She served as a women’s coordinator at regional levels for Good Women Fellowship UK at different occasions; the midlands and North England, and UK Region 6 and currently region 4, providing leadership and spiritual guidance to women from Parish to over 500 and more churches at points in time, spreading across London, Midlands, and North England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, through conferences, Retreats, prayer platforms and much more
Supports and lead the thriving of annual GWF retreats, conferences, and continuing professional development (CPD) for pastors’ wives and female ministers, leaders, and coordinates
She also serves as a board member of the Habitation of Hope Ministry, also founded by her spiritual mother, Pastor Mrs. Foluke Adeboye (the wife of Pastor EA Adeboye, general overseer RCCG) with assignments, all towards building schools, homes, for recovered destitute, street children in Nigeria.
She is married to her God, fearing Pastor Musa Bako, husband of about 30 years, and together, they are blessed with three precious children—Dorcas, Melissa, and Jethro together. She is,also blessed with many God sent destiny helpers and together in her words ” we speak life.”
